Billie is an executive producer, show-runner in True Crime documentary television, having helmed the Oxygen Network’s legacy series “Buried in the Backyard” for 3 seasons running. She also produced a 12-part podcast debunking the conspiracy theory around the death of Princess Diana that debuted top ten on Chartable. Before finding her way to the crime genre, she worked as Executive Producer and show-runner for 7
seasons of "Bodog Fight," an MMA series that showcased fighters and bouts from around the world.
In 2024 she formed BLACK MOON FILMS with her producing partner Bobby Munster. Together they joined Tommy Gallagher of the famed Gallagher's Gym, Bobby Cassidy, lauded journalist and boxing historian and his brother Christopher Cassidy, cinematographer and producer to develop “Tough Guys & Wise Guys,” a documentary series that explores boxing and organized crime. With over twenty years of experience, Billie began her career in live television. Billie is also a writer of dramatic scripted series and feature film.

Bobby Munster is an executive producer, creative director, and editor based in Los Angeles, known for blending sharp storytelling with a strong visual sensibility. For six seasons, he played a key role in crafting the Oxygen Network’s acclaimed true-crime series Buried in the Backyard, rising from lead editor to executive producer. Most recently, he co-executive produced CBS’s The Real CSI: Miami in partnership with Jerry Bruckheimer Television (JBTV). Bobby now brings his vision to Black Moon Films, a new production company he co-founded with producing partner Billie Speer, dedicated to bold, cinematic storytelling across television, film, and emerging media.

With over thirty years in the entertainment industry, Bobby’s career spans nearly every corner of production. He studied scenic and lighting design on Long Island before joining Universal Studios Florida as technical director of creative entertainment. His transition into post-production in New York City opened the door to film and television editing, where his storytelling instincts quickly set him apart. Now rooted in Los Angeles, Bobby has established himself as an award-winning producer, director, DP, supervising editor, and creative leader. His work continues to push boundaries, driven by a passion for creating stories that resonate, entertain, and endure.
